Hey guys!

So, first off, I am having a sale over on my Etsy page... check it out! Also put up loads of new inventory over the past few days.

So my brother and I are home alone for a week, and well we had a bunch of people over...time to wear a new dress me thinks! Some rather dodgy pictures that I didn't take are below..

First day of fall..

Ok, well that's a lie, it isn't the first day of fall, but it might as well be.. it's not so hot, so I opted for jeans and t-shirt...

So I bought a couple of t-shirts from Forever 21, teamed them with jeans and booties... enjoy! I also bought some eye liner pens... tried out a few eye designs, did not go well!

Oh, clearly I am not in Hong Kong. Some stuff in my personal life developed so I decided I couldn't fly on the day of the flights.. sucks but it's for the best.

So have a nice day....bah bah baha....

So today was rather dull..but I thought I'd share a couple of things... I was hanging out some dresses to dry and found the cat sleeping in one of my seed trays... I didn't have the heart to move her...

Also today I was on the phone to the travel agents whilst sat in my bedroom. Out of nowhere a mouse appeared and I started screaming my head off like crazy down the phone, ran out of my room screaming at mum and dad to do something... followed by a lot more screams of I'm not going back into my bedroom blah blah whilst.. all this whilst still on the phone... finally I stopped screaming enough for the guy to be like...you ok??? So I explained to him, and he just cracked up laughing... I realised I must of sounded really stupid to him...

Mr Nice

So I have a couple of days of nothingness before I
go to Hong Kong, so I've been going out on my longboard and watching films. I had an awesome session today in Hyde Park... mind you it rained, and afterwards when it stopped, as the ground was very wet, as the wheeled turned they chucked up lots of muddy water.. so went home covered in the stuff...

Anyways I watched a film called Mr Nice, which is damn awesome, and so I wrote one of the best lines from the film on my whiteboard (doubt mum will approve - she wasn't too thrilled about the tongue piercing!). So here are some shots of what I wore today... I also got me a real kool keychain which I am showing too that I picked up in Montreal. Another thing I picked up in Montreal is this awesome tea flask. I spent about $190 on different teas and various paraphernalia... anyways this flask is made of glass at at the top sits a metal basket that you put your loose tea into, and the thing then diffuses into the hot water... and it stays hot hours.. (You have to remove the basket before using the thing, unless you want a face full of wet leaves - or you can put them in the bottom of the glass and use the basket as a sieve as you drink...)


Oh by the way, I am going to Hong Kong, with a relatively empty bag so I can come home laden with new clothes hehe for fall...

Autumn / Fall 2012

Ahhh ok, so all the stores are slowly introducing their autumn previews, and I am rather excited. Why? Because I have decided to branch out and try and do something a little different this fall. Mash up my style a little bit. So, I went shopping today.. I am not a huge fan of going to the shops (much prefer online shopping) but I did manage to get myself a few things.. A new jacket, some knee high socks, and a blue hoody. I love my new jacket, I think it is darn cute :-)

Razzle dazzle

So I am not into makeup... but whilst walking around Montreal, I discovered that a Sephora has just opened up on St.Catherine. I went in, and had a look at all the wonderful colours... anyways, it got me thinking... I really want to do creative eye make up designs... using eyeliner and stuff. I have included some photos of what interests me below.... tell me what you think!!

Mode festival Montreal

When I get back to the UK, I shall write a post on my American adventures, but for now I thought I would share with you a fashion festival that I went to in Montreal.

Now, given that I keep a style blog, I figured it would be blasphemous if I didn't go. I believe I have gone three years in a row. Each year, Montreal hosts the fashion festival which showcases local talent and especially the work done by students. This year it was a bit of a miss, but the previous years have been rather kool and exciting.

So why was this year not so good? Well they had an awesome catwalk that stretched down the middle of Mcgill Avenue which was kool, as it had trees on it, but I felt that the models weren't great. Their clothing was too basic, I never once felt a wow factor coming from them. It felt like they had taken a bunch of people off the street and then asked them to parade down a catwalk.

In their defense, I had gone in the middle of the day, when all their hot shows would be put on in the evening...
